Bark park
By attending any doggy social event or using any of our fields for private hire you confirm and agree to the following:
🐶 Dommy’s Doggy Bark Park only provide you with the space to use for your dogs. You are expected to watch your dog at all times whilst in the field and are responsible for your dogs health and safety
🐶 Do not enter the swimming pool area unless you have directly booked this facility, and are being supervised by a member of staff. This area is gated and fenced off for yours and your dogs safety.
🐶 Fencing:
The fences used around the Ongar field are 4 ft standard stock fencing and are dug into the ground. We do not take responsibility for dogs breaching the fencing, over or under.
The fences around the Quendon field are 4 ft high stock fencing and are level with the ground, not dug in. We do not take responsibility for dogs breaching the fencing, over or under.
Please check fencing upon arrival to ensure you are satisfied with the quality of fencing before starting your session.
🐶Dommy’s Doggy Bark Park reserve the right to refuse attendance to any dogs not deemed suitable for sessions.
🐶The maximum amount of dogs for your private hire booking is 7 with THREE cars maximum.
🐶Please ensure you tidy up after your dog and take time to sweep the field looking for dog waste.
🐶 Please arrive at the field at the time of your booking, not early. If people are still in the field for their slot, please wait in your car as they may have a reactive dog. If you are late for your booking your slot is not extended. Please still leave at the allocated time you booked.
🐶 Please ensure you are in the field with the gate shut and locked. There are two entry gates to the actual Bark Park, please ensure both of these are shut securely before you let your dog(s) off the lead.
🐶You are responsible for checking for any objects on the floor, fencing quality and to ensure both gates are shut before commencing your booking.
🐶Any injuries/deaths or lost dogs that occur whilst using the field either privately or for the social events are not the responsibility of Dommy’s Doggy Bark Park.
🐶Bookings for events and private hire are non-refundable.
🐶Private hire bookings and events bookings (dates and times) cannot be changed once they are booked in. Please ensure you are definitely available for your slot and check weather forecasts prior to bookings. We will not monitor this.
When attending playdate events you confirm that:
🐾Your dog/s are up to date with vaccinations.
🐾Your dog/s are social and friendly towards other dogs/humans.
🐾Your dog should not be in season/heat whilst attending sessions.
🐾You are responsible for your dogs whilst attending the sessions.
🐾Dogs must not be left at the social sessions - owners must be in attendance with their dog.
🐾The playdate events are not for training purposes and for fun, social playtime only.
🐾Any injuries/deaths or lost dogs that occur whilst using the field either privately or for the social events are not the responsibility of Dommy’s Doggy Bark Park.

🐾 The playdate sessions are adult only events. No children under the age of 14 allowed. When private hiring the field, there are no age restrictions on who can enter the field, but an adult 18+ will need to be present. Children are your responsibility and need to be supervised at all times.
🐾Cars are parked and contents left within the car, at your own risk. We do not accept responsibility or liability for any loss or damage of property or vehicles on our premises.
🐾 The ground can be uneven at the field so please take care when walking around the field. 🐾You are responsible for any injuries caused to you and anyone in attendance with you. Please take care when using the hay bales, climbing apparatus or anything within the field as we do not take responsibility for any injury when using these.
🐾The lake is not part of the booking, please do not enter the lake. There is now an estbalished business using the lake, so please respect that the lake is not part of the booking and do not make attempts to access the lake. Furthermore we do not monitor algae in the lake or fishing lines and therefore it could be dangerous for your dog to enter the lake.
🐾There is a public access path on the other side of the lake, so in this area you may see other people and dogs that live locally.
🐾The lake now has an official fishing business operating there, so you may see people walking along the back fence line to access their fishing pods. If your dog is "person" reactive, our field may no longer be suitable for you.
FAQ'S;
Is there access to water?
Ongar field - Yes, you will see a hose pipe and pressure washer in the main car park. Follow the hose to the tap and please turn the tap OFF once you are done.
Can we use the lake at the ongar field?
No
How do we access the field?
Directions are sent via confirmation email. FAO reactive dog owners, please click on each field and read the booking information. Any further questions feel free to message me.
play pool
Swimming pool chemicals are used such as chlorine, PH reducer, PH increaser, crystal clear water cleaner and more. These are all standard pool chemicals.
PH balances are monitored and levelled with chemicals.
Please consult with your vet before attending any swim sessions.
We are not hydrotherapists, this is simply a fun pool session. This is not a training session.
We take no responsibility for any loss, injury or death to any persons or dogs whilst at the Play Pool.
You are required to monitor your dogs the entire duration that you are at the Play Pool.
Your slot is 30 minutes and this includes entry and exit. If you are late for your booking, you will eat into your time.
If you feel your dog is uncomfortable, please make a member of staff know as soon as possible and terminate your session.
Please bring your own towells.
You are welcome into the pool with your dogs, 4 humans maximum in the pool during 1 session. All children must be supervised by parent/guardian in the pool.
We will offer you life jackets for your dog(s), but it is your respeonsibility as an owner to decide what they wear in the pool.
We advise you rinse your dogs coat down afterwards to remove chemicals from the coat.
As above, once you have made your booking, this cannot be changed. We do not offer refunds or a change of slots. So please ensure you are booking a slot that you are available for.
Please brush long haired dogs before they enter the pool. Please ensure nails are smooth and not sharp.
We withold the right to refuse entry or terminate sessions early if these rules are not adhered to.
There are changing facilities.
5k Running Event
Terms and Conditions of the event:
Your dogs must be kept under your control, on a lead for the duration of the event, and on a short lead next to you when running.
You are responsible for assessing the health and fitness of yourself, your participants and your dogs. We take no responsibility for injury, illness or death of any persons or dogs at this event. If you feel unwell or notice your dog feeling unwell during the event, please stop immediately and seek medical attention.
You are responsible for deciding if your dog is insured or not, we advise any attendees have insurance as you are taking part in a high impact sporting event with your dog.
You agree that your dog is friendly towards other dogs and people.
Please ensure you are monitoring your dog at all times during this event. Be respectful of other dogs and people, and give your dog/other dogs space if and when needed.
We do not offer exchanges or refunds once your ticket is booked.
Children under the age of 18 are not permitted to enter the bar area before and after the event, however they can run with you. Any children running with you are solely your responsibility, and again you are responsible for assessing if they can take part.
